The ESF App offers convenient access to various functions for ESF parents, students, and teachers:

• Messages: Provides general bulletin updates and specific communications regarding students.
• Diary: Keeps track of both general and student-specific events and appointments.
• News: Offers links to social media for sharing noteworthy celebrations and happenings in ESF schools.
• Contacts: Includes essential contact information such as names, emails, phone numbers, and a staff directory.
• VLE: Securely connects to the school's Virtual Learning Environment (VLE).
• Timetable: Provides an overview of a student's schedule.
• Homework: Lists current homework tasks assigned to a student.
• Teachers: Displays the names and email addresses of a student's teachers.
• Absence: Allows parents to notify the school via email about a student's absence.
• Bus: Offers an email service to inform the school about a student's absence from the school bus.

The ESF App is set up comprehensively for all students and schools within the ESF network through a secure PIN sent to a registered email address.
